Venue Info

特に明記しない限り、すべてのWekfestイベントは屋内で開催されます。
　Unless stated otherwise, all Wekfest events are held indoors.

あなたの車両または持ち物に何か問題があれば、地方自治体による捜査の対象となります。
　Your vehicle or belongings is subject to search by local authorities.

武器、薬物、運転者のアルコールは固く禁じられています。 違反者は施設を出るよう求められます。
　Weapons, drugs and alcohol is strictly prohibited. Violators will be asked to leave the premises.

Access for pets

ペットは同伴できません。介助動物は歓迎されます。
　No pets allowed, service animals are welcomed.

Spectator Info

Wekfestイベントは一般公開されており、ご覧いただけます。 詳細については、ここで興味のあるイベントを参照してください。
　Wekfest events are open to the public for viewing. Please refer to your event of interest here for additional details.

12歳未満の子供は、一般入場料の支払いから除外されます。
　Children under the age of 12 are omitted from paying general admission fees.

アクティブな軍事IDを提示する個人に利用可能な割引。
　Discounts available for individuals presenting active military ID.

REGISTRATION + EXHIBITION

エントリー手続き
　Registration Process

Wekfestで展示を希望するすべての車両とベンダーは、審査プロセスに参加する必要があります。詳細については、こちらをご覧ください。
　All vehicles and vendors who wish to exhibit at Wekfest must participate in a screening process. Learn about the details here.

Exhibitor’s Fee

申し込みが承認されると、スペースを確保するための支払い方法をメールでお知らせします。
　Once your application has been approved, we will e-mail you with payment instructions to secure your space.

基本登録料には、展示スペースとドライバーのみの料金が含まれます。同伴者は当日追加購入で入場頂けます。
　Basic registration fee includes exhibition space and credential for driver only. Additional options to purchase extra.

Registration Status

イベントへの申請が提出されると、承認された申請者は、イベント開催日の1～2ヶ月前に電子メールで連絡されます。
　When an application to an event has been submitted, approved applicants will be contacted by e-mail between one to two months prior to the date of the event.

イベントの3週間前までに承認メールが送信されない場合、未承認のステータスが想定されます。
　Non-approved status is assumed if no acceptance e-mail is sent three weeks prior to the event.

Registration Status

すべての出展者が競アワードの資格を得る
　All exhibitors qualify for competition.

展示車両はすべて、イベント期間中ずっと展示されていなければなりません。(途中退場は出来ません）
　All exhibiting vehicles must remain on display for the entire duration of the event.

Transfer & Exchanges of Exhibition Space

基本的に譲渡は出来ません。問題が発生したときは指定されたイベントの2週間までにご連絡ください。
　Transfer without prior knowledge is strictly prohibited. You must contact us two weeks prior to your designated event to make any changes in your exhibition status.

展示スペース、ブース販売品、その他のイベント関連の製品およびサービスへのすべて返品不可となります事予めご容赦ください。
　All purchases to exhibition space, add ons and any other event related products and services are final sale.

Guidelines for Camera Equipment

メディアパスの資格がない場合でも、観客としてイベントに参加頂き、必要に応じてカメラ機器を自由に使用できます。
　If you do not qualify for a media pass, you are still welcome to visit our event as a spectator and use your camera equipment as desired.

以下を除くすべてのカメラ機器が許可されます。
　All camera equipment is allowed except for the following:

ドローン、ハンドヘルド以外のデバイスや機器などのより大きなアイテム
　Drones Larger items such as non hand held devices & equipment
